Memphis International Airport

Travel to Memphis by Road

There are a few prominent US Highways serving Memphis:
US Hwy 51: It enters the blues city from the south direction along with the Terminal 3 and connects Union Ave, Danny Thomas Blvd, and Millington in north.

US Hwy 61: It enters Memphis from the south direction along with the Terminal 14 and connects E.H. Crump Blvd, heads west and connects Memphis-Arkansas Bridge.

US Hwy 64: It enters the city with I-55 on Memphis-Arkansas Bridge, heads east and eventually connects Stage Road towards Somerville.

US Hwys 70 and 79: They connect Memphis-Arkansas Bridge and Summer Avenue, go along till northeast, and run parallel to I-40 towards Brownsville.

US Hwy 72: It enters the city and runs along Poplar Avenue and leaves Memphis at Germantown.

US Hwy 78: It leaves Memphis heading to the southeast. Its west end starts on Linden Ave at the intersection of Second Street.
